How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Are delivery estimates guaranteed?

No. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we can’t guarantee changes or rerouting.

What if tracking says “Delivered” but I can’t find the package?

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS or UPS, BravoActualTCG LLC is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package can’t be located after a delivery scan, you must file a Missing Package claim directly with the carrier. We can provide documentation the carrier requests to assist with your claim.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee (to cover non-refundable payment processing fees). Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Do you accept returns on sealed products?

Accepted Answer

Due to the collectible nature of Pokemon trading cards, all sealed products are final sale once shipped. No returns or refunds will be accepted after shipment except as expressly provided under Seller Error or Transit Damage in the policy.

What counts as Seller Error or Transit Damage?

The final sale policy does not apply if:
 • We shipped an incorrect item, or
 • A product arrives with significant transit damage that materially affects the sealed product.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the outer shipping packaging.

What level of damage qualifies for review?

Accepted Answer

Only significant transit damage that materially affects the sealed product—such as severe crushing, water damage, or compromised factory seals—qualifies for review.

Do I need approval before returning anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If my order arrives damaged, do I file a carrier claim?

Yes. Customers are required to file a damage claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll provide documentation the carrier requests.

What if you shipped me the wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The incorrect item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. We’ll provide return instructions, then either ship the correct item once received or issue a refund after inspection.
