Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from the United States.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and apply to the order as shown at the time of purchase. We primarily ship orders using USPS or UPS.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. BravoActualTCG LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, BravoActualTCG LLC is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package cannot be located after a delivery scan, customers must file a Missing Package claim directly with the carrier:

We will gladly provide any documentation the carrier requests to assist with the claim.

 

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and covers non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Final Sale on Sealed Products

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon trading cards, all sealed products are final sale once shipped.

No returns or refunds will be accepted after shipment for sealed products, except as expressly provided under Seller Error or Transit Damage in this policy.

 

Seller Error or Transit Damage

The final sale policy does not apply if:

  • BravoActualTCG LLC ships an incorrect item, or

  • A product arrives with significant damage caused during transit that materially affects the sealed product

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • the order number

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the outer shipping packaging

The incorrect item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

BravoActualTCG LLC will provide return instructions and will either:

  • ship the correct item once the return is received, or

  • issue a refund after the returned item is received and inspected.

Issues reported outside this window may not be eligible for review.

 

Condition & Damage Clarification

Pokémon products are collectible items, and condition sensitivity varies by collector. All products are shipped in factory-sealed condition and are packed carefully to protect them during transit.

Only significant transit damage that materially affects the sealed product — such as severe crushing, water damage, or compromised factory seals — qualifies for review under this policy.

 

Carrier Damage Claims

If an order arrives damaged in transit, customers are required to file a damage claim directly with the carrier:

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be resolved according to the policy above.

 

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
