3. Products & Availability
BravoActualTCG LLC sells authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon trading card products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
6. Shipping, Returns & Final Sale
Shipping, returns, cancellations, and final-sale conditions are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Due to the collectible nature of sealed Pokémon products, all sealed products are final sale once shipped, except as expressly outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. BravoActualTCG LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other information on this site are accurate. However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website — including site text, branding, logos, and original design elements — is the property of BravoActualTCG LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Product images, manufacturer images, trademarks, logos, and other third-party content are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.
